Summary
The county auditor of this small town contacted Modular Furniture Group (MFG) to explore creating an attractive, functional customer service workstation that would offer a better and safer greeting impression for their customers.
Eye contact, computer wire management, and privacy were the main design issues to address and create a more secure work environment to service their customers. Utilizing existing floor and room space, MFG developed a comfortable and efficient taller bank teller style station and work return to house files and reference information.
After developing a shape and size that fit the space and their budget, they selected the finish colors, and fabrication commenced. The customer elected to save additional money and do the assembly themselves. The process proved to be very easy, and the customer accomplished the assembly in a few hours. Their enthusiasm and satisfaction with the product were a testimony of the Modular Furniture Group’s Systems Mill Work ease and money-saving process functions.
They became one of many Modular Furniture Group Company’s satisfied customers.
